poor service

I hope this is my final review with legalwise cause clearly they don't take their clients seriously,my issue it's been with them close to a yr now..I'm still struggling to occupy my house since my case it's now handed to attorney's of which legalwise works with..they cover was approved in January 2018,however the attorney's that are involved they haven't been paid by legalwise to my suprise when I was informed yesterday since my matter it's advanced to another stage they can't assist me any further due to non payment from legalwise...I'm paying legalwise wise monthly with no fail but when it comes to delivering their services to clients they fail.I left a msg to their claims department msg was left with Jackie..no one came back to clarify as why my attorneys were not paid since my case it's pending no resolution as yet . I'm very much disappointed,angry and frustrated with legalwise
