poor service

When I was unfairly dismissed I called legalwise for help and was told to take my case to the CCMA an they will follow up the case once it goes for concilliation. Due to unemployment I stopped paying my account and when my case went for concilliation they told me that they can't represent me and when I tell them that this drama unfolded while my account was still healthi they said they will investigate now its been a year and no one ever came back to me.
