Poor Poor Poor Service by Legalwise

I am so disappointed in the level of services handed out by Legalwise. The sad part is that one pays their premiums every month religiously on time and still we get poor service.

I reported and incident i had with my Landlord on the 22 August 2021, I was told to put it on email and i did and sent it through on the 23rd. I got and sms on the 3rd of September saying my issue has been allocated. After that nothing. I then decide to call on the 7th to find out what was happeneing an no one could tell me. My case aparently is being handled by Pontsho, who has not called me to date. When i do call for her I get told she is working from home and she will call me and just never does. She aparently reports to Siphe who also never gets back to messages if he receives them at all. I spoke to a lady by the name of Jackey who assured me that either mPontsho or Siphe will get back to me. It is now almosta month laterand nothing has been done.

I ask myself why i still pay my premiums? Legalwise has never done their bit for me , This is my second case with them and they are doing absolutely nothing for the premiums I pay.

I think its time i let go of people who are just chowing my money and not doing anything for it.
