Poor Legal Representation from Legalwise & Their Referral

My experience with Legalwise has been disappointing. I was referred to a law firm, Madinane SJ Associates Inc, which did not meet the standards I was promised. Despite assurances that my case would be handled by a reputable lawyer, the service I received was unprofessional and unprepared, which affected the outcome.

When I raised my concerns, Legalwise stated that the legal assistance was a “benefit” rather than a core service, even though it’s listed as part of their offering. I also found their customer service unhelpful and am still waiting for the reference of my call with their Senior Assessor Zwonaka.

I hope Legalwise improves how they vet partner firms and communicate with clients. Based on my experience, I would advise others to carefully review what they offer before joining.
