Poor customer service
I Requested assistance on a legal matter 24/05/2021 and more information was requested by Nthabiseng on 31/05/2021 and I provided additional information instantaneously, since I submitted additional information I requested follow up twice but I'm being ignore by Nthabiseng since 31/05/2021 as well as their customer service and I must say I am very disappointed with the level of service they are providing to myself as a longstanding and loyal members
