Poor advertising- bad service

Bad bad service and poor advertising!!! They advertise that you get 60% discount on conveyancing fees but what they dont tell you is that the seller needs to use them as the bond/transfer Attorneys. My husband joined Legalwise few years back for this exact reason. Now they can't assist us. And this is not the 1st time that they disappoint us like this. In the beginning of the year we had a similar issue that they also could not resolve. So why are we paying your monthly fees. You quick to take but can't assist. Why are you even "trying to assist" when you can't assist? You pay R280 per month for nothing. We done with Legalwise. We will cancel whatever we have going with Legalwise.
