Policy never cancelled

i joined legal wise in 2012 i gave them all my details but i never received anything or my policy number or my gold card. i never received it. so few months later in 2013 i went to the Newcastle branch to cancel the account because i was being billed for something that i didn't even have any documents for it. they did whatever they did and they told me my account was cancelled. for a few months in 2013 they did not deduct anything from my account but after 3 months they started deducting. i went there again in 2014 to ask them to cancel the policy they told me it was cancelled, i showed them the proof from my bank account, they cancelled it again but up until today they still deducting my money. i have asked them several times to cancel my account and they failing just to do a simple thing remove my details from their system. two days back i sent the customer service agent an email asking them to please cancel this policy i don't need it but no reply at all. i don't know what to do with this company now but i do have proof that i have cancelled the policy but they still deducting money from my account. i want them to stop i don't have money to play i need my 74 rand i can save it.
