Policy cancelled by Legalwise after being a client for 8 years with no correspondence!

After being a client for 8 years my policy was cancelled last week for a payment that wasnt received last year. No correspondence from Legalwise in this regard. They are terrible. Never join them! They dont give you a statement and also dont give you any correspondence regarding your policy. They just cancel and tell you sorry you have to start a new policy. Worst experience I have ever had after being a client for over 8 years!!
