pointless platinum membership! !!
It's the 3rd time I have this problem with legalwise. I am a platinum member and legalwise promises a 24hr legal line/help line but on 3 separate occasions when I called there was no answer. Yesterday I called around 11pm and there was no answer again. I tried 4 times, the 4th time I held for 5 minutes and still no answer.
