PE LEGALWISE DID NOT RETURN MY CALL AS PROMISED

On the 30th January 2026, the head office transferred me to the PE Branch to schedule an appointment. The line was busy as usual when a customer phoned and was promised the call would be returned.

Still today, I have not received a call. I complained about this several times, and it seems legalwise management ignores complaints of customers and only focuses on their premiums. To promise customer service and not fulfil is an insult to customers. Within a month, the same thing has happened.
