Payment delayed for 2 months

I made an agreement with Arlene to pay the attorney with my own money and claim it back from as the attorney didn't want to work his legalwise based on their Legal wise tariffs. On 11 October I submitted my proof of payment and the progress of the attorney. On the 9 December when I did a follow up my claim was not yet registered. It was only registered after I made a call. I was told that the person who will continue with the claim process was Size from the claims department. I was also asked for proof of payment which I did forward. Today is the 19th everytime I make call I can't get hold of Size even in the morning. His Colleagues will just take my number everytime I call and says they will ask him to call back. Up to date I haven't received any updates regarding my payment. It seems like it's a problem with legalwise when they have to pay people back hence most attorneys don't prefer to work with them. It's December time now we have to buy things for our children but legalwise doesn't want to release my Money it's 2 months now since I forwarded proof of payment.
