Paying for a service but no assistance

I'm a paying Legalwise customer, and have been a customer for almost two years. This is the first time I'm in desperate need of their services, but to no avail. You contact your nearest branch telephonically only to get told that you can't speak to a consultant, you need to leave your number and they will contact you. You either receive no response or only after a days had gone by. I tried making an appointment with a consultant regarding a matter but was given a date more than a month away. I have since been in contact with Niren at the Benoni branch. I was informed that their email address advertised on the website is no longer in use [Email Removed] but could contact him/her directly. I have sent numerous mails to Niren, but still with no response. I sent out the same mail sent to Niren, and copied in the Germiston and Randburg branch, but still no one responds. This is not a service for your community, this is a service for a paying customer. They need to realize without customers like myself they wouldn't have a job!
