Pathetic Service Recieved Yet Again

They have failed me in all instances. Not one matter had been a success. This speaks to advise, assessment, reports, representation and providing me with professional legal service. They have staff internally with big titles as attorneys yet cannot provide the basic advise nor legal guidance that I required. When you approach them with a matter, they provide a merit report which says you have a strong case. Then they refer you to an attorney on their panel. This is where added issues comes in. Their panel of attorneys are there to make a quick buck so they meet with you, when they realize that its too much work or a complicated matter, they advise you that you don't have a good case. It just not one matter but in all matters, approximately 10 , the same result was achieved. When you ask for a reassessment, they deny you the right. In all my matters,.there were glaring factual evidence. This could probably be their tactic not to further fund a matter and save costs of cover by providing you with a negative outcome. An example, I was billed via an invoice for an amount. When I recieved the settlement amount, the ******* attorney that had dealt with the matter had taken far more than we agreed on her invoice. I complained to Legalwise and their in house attorneys agreed it was wrong. They referred me to an attorney and that attorney said there was nothing wrong. This was a joke that they deliberately ignored the facts. How is this possible when they contradict one another and because there are other attorneys involved, they refuse to challenge the report via another assessment. The same thing happened when I purchased a 160k vehicle. The agreement stated it was with warrantees and maintenance plan, no accident damages etc. When driving home, a few hours later, the engine seized. Agents report indicated that the vehicle was a right off and engine was tampered by non agents. This was not declared by the seller. Legalwise had failed me on this matter as well by inferior quality of internal advise and referring me to an attorney whom were flimsy in their defence and as a result I lost the case .The seller never appeared. This was just beyond belief with the quality of service recieved via this organization. There are anumber of my matters that they just could not assess on basic facts nor carefully challenging any. They are just there to make a quick buck and refer you to a panel of inferior quality attorneys like them. I will also be addressing these matters through the ombudsman.
