PATHETIC service provider

Legalwise offers a PATHETIC service.

They do not engage with their clients. You always have to contact them for feedback, but they never take any responsibility and initiate the process. You literally have to force them to give you feedback on your case. Even if you were to call or send and email, you will hardly get a response. Even when you leave a message, your call will not be returned.

I am extremely dissatisfied with how they run their business, and the level of service being offered to their PAYING clients.

I cannot wait for my dispute to be finalised so that I can cancel the damn policy.
