Pathetic Service from Legalwise

<p>I have been trying to get prober assistance from Legalwise for a matter for almost 10 months now and I cant believe that no-one is competent enough to offer the right assistance or guidance. No one bothers to offer assistance or respond to queries. I have on the 28th of June send Louisa Matjee a mail for assistance, the mail was read, but ignored. I again mailed her on the 04 July for feedback or assistance, again the mail was read and she ignores it and chooses not to reply. How pathetic is your service, loyalty and integrity to your customers that you choose to ignore the very same customers who premiums help to pay your salary at the end of every month. Do you think that by choosing to ignore me my problem will just go away and I will just disappear. If the task of replying to an e-mail is too much of a task for you to do, maybe you in the wrong profession. I am a customer who is paying for a service every month, and what do I get, nothing. I am tired of being pushed from pillar to post with dead end results. I am with legalwise to offer me advise and guidance when and if I need it, but I seem to be getting more guidance and help from Google than with Legalwise. I thought Legalwise's values were, "Our members are our lifeblood, INTEGRITY is not negotiable, WE deliver on our promises. Maybe Legalwise should actually start living up to those promises and put their money where their mouth is, and not take money from people on the pretense of offering them a service, and give nothing back in return.</p>
