Pathetic service from Legal wise

Only joined them because the consultant I spoke to over a recorded call told me the package I took will cover uncontested divorce I asked if it's covered many times during the phone call and I was told yes and there is only a 3 month waiting period. Now 3 months later I called today to get the divorce process going and I am told that it's not covered, it's only on the platinum package and it's a 6 month waiting period Completely damn unacceptable. Spoke to consultant H Dlamini today who didn't even try to find out what happened, I just got a oh okay mam you can go to the court and the clerk of the court will help you. If I had the time to go up and down to court I would not have joined in the first place I either need to be assisted with my divorce or I want a refund for the last 3 payments they very quickly debited off my account for services they can't even render Pathetic!!!
