Pathetic service
Went to the Maponya Mall branch more than 5 times to try get assistance with claiming my pension but no one has assisted me thus far.Nomsa PhamPhams the lady that was supposed to assist me but she kept sending me back to my work place.she even gave me her numbers but whenever I call her ,she is either on line or out of office but she has never called me back and the issue is that I am bed ridden now,I can't walk. I am really unhappy with the kind of service I have received from her.I want action taken immediately because my house is in the process of being repossessed.
