Pathetic legal service
I recently joined legalwise, when I realised that I have a 3 month waiting period. So I cancelled I received a sms stating my cancellation yet I still get debit for R80. I called the head office cancellation department. They said sorry sir you need ro cancell one month notice. I was like what no one told me this I still have not received my policy to read over it and if I had known this I would not have taken the Cover. I want my money back it may seem like a little but it also the priciple R80 must be refunded to me as all can see what ****** you people are !!!!! I want this nonsense sorted out you can't be this unfair. How could I have know this if I did not even receive my policy.

We confirm that you were advised that upon return of the debit order mandates you would be refunded in full. Such return enables the relevant department to know which debit orders bounced and which went through and thsu how much needs to be refunded.
