Pathetic customer service from legal wise durban

This service is a waste of time. I pay monthly and as a member I expect efficient service. The first attorney I spoke to was lovely but she referred my case file to Durban branch on Tuesday 23 April 2019 as Iive in Durban. Attorney allocated to my case was kribashini Reddy in Durban. I called the durban office on 25 April 2019 , receptionist told me they not available, left a message to call but response. Called today 26 April 2019 in the 10 am receptionist said she is busy on a call left my no for her to get back to me , once again she never returned the call. I call at 4 PM receptionist was rude didnt listen to my concerns just told me contact customer care bcos she cant help. Call Durban again after 5min receptionist said she will investigate asap and call me back in a few minutes but surprise surprise didnt bother to return. Why lie to customers when a service cannot b rendered as the people who work there are rude and inefficient. And why offer a monthly subscription when service is basically usless.
