Pathetic customer service

just now New I’ve been trying to get hold of LegalWise for the past 3 months. The calls to the call centre always end up cutting. Even after they get my details and the call cuts, they don’t return my call. I logged queries though their website. Only once did a lady call me and it was late one Friday afternoon when I did not have the info available to discuss. I asked her to return my call on Monday but she did not do so. I logged a WhatsApp query but they did not reply after I explained the issue. I logged a query again via the website but still was not contacted. I eventually had to go to the branch just to get someone to make an appointment for me. Really disappointed in the service I’ve received so far!
