Pathetic

<p>On the 31st October I sent through a complaint and requested assistance. A week later after no acknowledgment I sent through a follow up. My case was then forwarded on. Short story - 6 weeks later and several follow ups and still no response. </p> <p>I've been with these ******* more than 3 years and I'm a platinum *** a month for no service. </p> <p>To the public out there - Don't join. Al promises but no delivery. </p>
