Pathetic

I joined LegalWise and had a dispute with Cell C witch I have also written a review about, it has been close to four months now and all I hear from the lady assigned to my case is I am still waiting for feedback. If I don't make an attempt to call to find out whats happening I don't hear from them, I get told they will call me back and that hardly ever happens. When I do get a call it's no one is in or I should call back tomorrow etc. This is pathetic shurley in nearly 4 months something had to have been done. Oh and I get told to do what Cell C had said in the beginning of my dispute. But hey this is the new SA and unfortunately I have the wrong skin ***ment.
