Out of 3 cases I have asked Legalwise to help me with, none of them have been fought and won in time

Out of 3 cases I have asked Legalwise to help me with, none of them have been fought and won in time. They take long to respond, I kept on calling them, asking for feedback but it looks like they are only making money, as they keep on deducting premiums but they don't deliver. I'd like to thank Hellopeter who helped me with the first case. As I speak, two weeks ago I asked legalwise to help me as I was ****** by the business who us unfortunately not registered with Hellopeter. Legalwise called me once, I had network challenges because of the loadshedding, they never bothered to call me again. I can boldy say that this is just a waste of money, I am not legally represented. This is the total waste of money
