Only Join Legalwise if you dont want help... or good service.

I have been a Legalwise member since 2008 and contacted them in June of 2018 regarding a Court Summons I received about a debt matter that occurred in 2011. After numerous phone calls and e-mails, several times a month, over the course of 5 months, they told me now in November 2018 they cannot help me since my policy was not paid for a few months in 2017. This is IN THE SAME WEEK I am due to go to court and only after I insisted that THEY MUST have SOME sort of response.

I have decided to terminate my relationship with Legalwise. The service I received over the last few months have been more than pathetic.
