Ongoing concerns regarding my case handling

I am writing to provide further information regarding my recent experience with Legal Wise’s service delivery, following my initial complaint. While I appreciate that my complaint was eventually addressed and that I was referred to an attorney, I must express my disappointment with the handling of my case. Upon consulting with the attorney, it was disclosed that my referral might have been premature, as there were no internal alternative dispute resolution processes conducted prior to the referral. This raises concerns about the efficiency of Legal Wise’s service in managing my claim. Additionally, the attorney sent an urgent email to legal wise two days ago regarding this matter, yet I have not received any response or acknowledgement to date as it hampers the progression of my, relevant bodies has lapsed due to being referred from pillar to post, while on the other hand the situation with developer keeps on getting worse. Yet I have been paying premiums and still at it for over ten years, this is my first claim.
