Once again poor service!!!

I am a gold plus member with legalwise for many years. I have made numerous calls to legalwise and forwarded many emails just to get a competent person to assist me. I have received many calls with no progress.... still waiting for a consultation to be approved with an approved attorney on their panel.

After speaking to one consultant, I received an email congratulation me of becoming a gold plus member as of 14 September 2023, stipulating waiting periods.

This is the norm, everytime I need assistance, I am given the run around and incorrect information. Please can I get some proper assistance and not get consultants calling me to tick the box, without valid help.
