Not worth it!

I have been paying subscription to legalWise since a friendly Call Centre consultant phoned me as much as 10 years ago to convince me that one day I will need LegalWise. Which I do now. I have battled for days to get hold of them, send them several emails and eventually hung on to the 0861 number for 20 min before a gentleman Samora answered the phone. He wanted my ID number and then immediately informed me that I am ONLY a Gold Plus member and not PLATUNIM and therefore I cannot speak to a lawyer to assist me, He attempted to convince me that he can assist me and quite frankly wasted my time as I had already proceeded past the level where he could assist. When I asked to speak to a lawyer who can inform me of my rights in my situation he said he will have to submit it to his Boss Zimhle who will ph me. Samora ph me back in 10 min to inform me that his BOSS said that as a Gold Plus member I cannot get any other service than telephonic communication. I have never received any communication from LegalWise informing me that my service is restricted and quite frankly view this service as a total ******* of people's vulnerability when phoned and promises made by Call Centre agents.
