Not the service you would expect

<p>I have been a Platinum Legalwise member for several years. I first contacted Legalwise in July 2015 about a vehicle I purchased which was falsely advertised. I went through the motions and eventually the case got reffered to a Legalwise attorney (Manoj Haripersad & Partners) - this was in October 2016. </p> <p> </p> <p>8 months later and this seemingly simple case is nowhere near resolved. I feel like a second rate client as the attorney does not keep in contact with me and every step seems to be delayed.</p> <p> </p> <p>If I were to venture a guess, I would say that this is because Legalwise only has attorneys on their panel who perform work for lower fees, but as it appears provide very poor service as a result.</p> <p> </p> <p>Legalwise, where is the 'instantaneous' responses we hear about in your testimonials? Justice delayed is justice denied!</p>
