Not responsive

<p>I needed advice regarding, my retrenchment from the company I worked for and send legalwise an email and all I received was go to CCMA, I mean I am a member, never have u used their services and that's all I am getting from them, I though they could have at least contacted me asked about my query, try to resolve it. Isn't it why they there for. Your money is good for bull**** information, not the legal advise they claim to help you with should you have problems arising </p>
