Not impressed by lack of Response

I have contacted legalwise at the beginning of May for legal assistance and to date have had just 1 response from them, with no recommendations or how they are going to assist. I think that this is totally unacceptable as I am paying for services that is not being provided. <br> Whats the point of me paying my subscriptions every-month when no one bothers to assist.<br> your media ads promises fast and professional assistance,but what I have been getting is the total opposite. <br> Totally disappointed at the lack of service I have been receiving. Maybe I should rethink my membership and join a company that will really assist.<br> <br>
