Not being treated like a client

I called and then emailed supporting documents in November last year.No communication received until now. I then called,her line was busy twice so I left messages that she must call me.Apparently their numbers are all private numbers!!!!My phone is set to auto reject those.The second person I spoke to explained this and asked for an alternative number-impressed.Finally she called asking to be emailed papers again!!!!I did not.A day later I get an e-mail that read \it looks like I did receive your documents\" so I am thinking \"looks like\" - is she going to confirm after checking?<br> What happened to reading emails?How long do I still have to wait?24 hours later another e-mail sent reminding her to give feedback has not been answered.Can my issue be given to somebody who is able and willing to help."
