Not being assisted
Hi,
My apologies for using this platform to enquire on my case. Please be so kind to give me an update on my case. Please also allocate a different person to my case. I have been emailing the person supposed to asssit for a week now and she is not assisiting at all. This is also not the first time. I have spoken to Head Office in Kempton Park in February, after complaining that I am not being asssited on my case. They have assured me that my case will be handled with a matter of urgency and importance which is not happening.
