Non Responsive, Junior Lawyers
I have been trying to get real assistance from legalwise since January. They assigned an very junior, non responsive person to my case. After realising this, I have asked for them to change the person. They have not. To date I find myself following up, with no response on Legalwise side. Their complaints whats app line also ignores. Its no wonder that their negative comments far exceed the positive. And they want to increase the monthly fee. Im sure they will lose lots of people to better firms.
