Non existent client service!!

On Wednesday I called legal wise and I am on their platinum plan regarding a matter that is going to court in exactly one week. I received feedback that I’d be called within 24 hours but three days later after calling them since I received no feedback, Tumelo Pheelwana who is supposedly handling my matter told me she needs ten minutes to open my file and will call me back..that was two days ago and clearly she is not sure what ten minutes means I am appalled by the service as I am now having to prepare for court alone yet I am paying legal wise for their highest plan and would expect better service or some sort of service but received nothing at all
