No service from Randburg Legalwise

Good day, I went to Legalwise Randburg Branch on the 19th of December 2014 <br> to sort out a matter between my insurance company and myself. To this date <br> which is approximately three months later, nobody from Legalwise has helped <br> me. I have been with the company for over 7 years and this is the first time <br> than I have needed help yet nobody seems bothered with my matter. If this is <br> the kind of service that Legalwise are offering then I rather cancel my <br> contract and hire a private attorney to sort out my matter with my insurance <br> company and also to get a refund for all the months that I have paid with no <br> service. Legalwise seems to be just ******** the South African public with <br> promises and false advertising. My next step is to approach the Consumer <br> Protection agency to deal with this matter because it really is pathetic to <br> say the least.
