No service from Legalwise

I have been a paying Legalwise member for the more that 20 years.

I registered a claim on their website in August 2022 and completed and submitted all the required documentation. Since then I had to submit and resubmit the same documentation over and over since August 2022. I also went into the Bellville office several times for assistance but the help was non existing. The person gave me the name of a someone I needed to speak to at customer service but when I phoned I was told that there are no person with that name employed by Legalwise. Recently I made a call to Customer Care and they said that the claim number/s does not exists. I already have 3 claim numbers from different people. In Jan 2023 I submitted a complain and a week or so later a person by the name of Warren contacted me and said that he will be handling my claim going forward. Warren said that he will have feedback by mid Feb or end Feb 2023. It is now 14th of March and no one has contacted me. What is going on at Legalwise? Is it a **** because I cannot find any good feedback? Maybe its time the Financial authorities start looking into their workings and activities? I am disgusted by this type of service and feel like going to the media.
