No Service, But the Collect Premuims Monthly

I called them four weeks ago and I was told my case will be directed to Pretoria, and when i follow their rude consultants transfer me from pillar to pillar, or no one answers the phone, I honestly thought they are better than, their competitors, only to find out they have them most unprofessional, *********** with a stinking attitude. I must say they you really need to look at telephone process, as well as monitoring our cases. How can someone sit on a case for three weeks?
