No service at Pretoria branch

i'v submitted my accident claim at Preoria branch in January 2015, upto this stage no progress on the matter. i called my consultant and left several messages but he never bother to call me back, iv sent several emails he is just not responding. Your service is soo poor but you real dont miss the deductions date. it is my first claim after 13 years but you guys realy failed me
