No service at all

I need the CEO Jan Luwes to contact me , this is not the first time I complain on Hello . I have reported an issue in March 2015 and still to date it has not been sorted out. Legal wise keep passing the buck. I been treated like someone that doesn't pay them. Where are my payments going every month if they can't make payments to the attorney they refer my case to. Every time I phone I get attitude from legal wise like I'm a nuisance them . They been sending me from pillar to post and are certainly not living up to their vision and mission of the company . their adverts are all lies I will take this matter to the media I'm sick and tired of this treatment I'm getting from them . For a year this is pathetic !!!
