No Service

I been a legal wise client now for more than 6 months, I am trying to get legal assistance but every time I call to speak to anyone or Azola Faku I get told he will call me back. Its been over a week now and I am still waiting for his call so I called again and explain to the receptionist to please ask him to get in contact with me urgently she advise she will send a mail and cc in Azola's manager still to no avail. What must a person do to get assistance from you please explain to me.
