no service

<p>I emailed LEGALWISE on 2016-07-25 with the below query</p> <p>Query<br />my partner and I were involved in a minor accident. we reported the matter at the police station but didnt file for insurance as the 3rd party said we can do it privately. we exchanged all relevant details but now the party is avoiding our calls and our car is still not fixed.</p> <p> </p> <p>i sent 2 follow up email on 2016-09-05 and 2016-09-15 and there has been no response to these email. this is totally pathetic because we pay for this service with the promise of help. how is it fair that im not getting the service which i pay for?</p>
