No service

I am a paid up member of legalwise. I requested for assistance on the 27/07/2021, I was told to forward the documentation, to which I did. I have not heard back from them since. I have sent numerous emails, which are being ignored. The telephone number doesn't seem to work. This is absolutely pathetic service. What am I paying for here. I will cancel Legalwise, its just not worth it.
