no service

I cancelled my legal wise account 3 months back and they keep on taking instalments. I want my money back. The reason why i cancelled is that i got zero service from legal wise. I layed a complaint against my body corporate for wanting owners to pay levies. Bit the owners get no service from them. The fkat i bought has decreased in value because of the poor maintenance of the building and the security is inadequate. Etc. With the result i cannot sell my property i bought the property for 460 but it has gone down in value and its mow 350. I asked legal wise to assist. The lady at their bellville office told me that legal wise cannot help me. I must go somewhere else for help. The other incident was in 2013. I wrote a 40 page letter to legal wise complaining about an agency that breached their rental contract. I posted the pack to legal wise gauteng. They phoned me one day and said they've received the pack and is going to post it to secunda. That was the last i heard from them. Why have a legal wise account if y cant get a lawyer on yre side.
