no response received from legal wise

I did lodge a complaint about the very bad service i received from legalwise on hellopeter.com,legalwise promptly responded on hellopeter.com that my complaint was escalated to the bloemfontein branch and that i would receive a call from the bloemfontein hub manager before the end of business that day. This did not happen and i am still awaiting a call and response from legalwise. Like i said in my previous complaint,they are quick to take their premiums,but when it is time to react and resolve a problem they take their sweet own time. I am very disgusted with the manner and so called professional service they claim to offer. I would surely advice no one to use them as they dont give a hell about you. What if you really needed their assistance urgently. Would you have waited this long as well? Very very bad service provider indeed. There is no other way of putting it. I am definitely cancelling this policy with immediate effect and seeking a more reliable legal service provider whom actually care about their customers and their well-being.
