NO RESPONSE FROM LEGAL WISE WHEN I NEEDED ADVISE

I called the above mentioned branch yesterday seeking legal advise, I was at the police station, getting harassed and intimidated, I called Legal wise knowing that I pay them to protect me in times like this. I was told the Legal Advisor is busy with a client and was promised by the reception lady that I will get a call back asap. I never received a call even today, I was taken back and forth by the people at the police station as well a the police officers themselves. I spent 6 hours there been taken back and forth. my question is why do I pay Legal Wise wen they cannot deliver? The y are not a reliable law firm, you will end up in jail and wait days while you think you have protection from them. YOUR SERVICE SUCKS AND IM GOING TO TAKE MY MONEY SOMEWHERE, WHERE THEY CARE ABOUT SERVICE DELIVERY, NOT THIS B***.
