No respond on complains

Dealing with legalwise is just a nightmare on its own 1st they hardly reply to emails 2ndly their customer department is like ghost land as they too dont reply to complains or concerns

I have a pending matter that i am being send from pillar to post when they have to settle the cost n i am not pleased with the snail speed they r traveling at, my attorney to date they r waiting for a go ahead instruction from them n they drag their fit but comes month end u get a deduction on the exact date

You guys are dropping the ball even thinking of going to clientele maybe just maybe i will be treated as if i am the only client
