No Payment - Contract:*** ***

My case started in 2017 after I bought a car from Levi Auto. I have been going through pillar to post, and had my case rejected by you on recommendations by Marais & Parson Attorneys in Kempton Park. This dragged until late 2019 until Metela Sibanyoni Attorneys reviewed my case, and gave the opinion that my case has merrit of success in court as the dealer has done unfair dealing.

Now, when I finally have hope on my case with Metela Sibanyoni Attorneys are close to finalising the case, then you, LegalWise decide not to pay the invoices submitted.

Is there a reason Metela Sibanyoni Attorney's invoices are not paid, yet, I still have my account debited every month by LegalWise? Or, does this decision of not paying this invoice to get the dealer to get away with ******, and so that I can give up on this case after this long?

How does your actions of not paying this invoices not in support of ensuring the dealer does not take responsibility for selling me a defective car?

I want that invoice paid without stories. First, you rejected my case saying it has no merrit of success in court, while I have been de*****ed into an unfair dealing.

Now, when there's finally a light at the end of the tunnel, then conveniently you do not want to pay the invoice.

Please sort the invoice payment with Metela Sibanyoni as soon as possible because now, this non-payment is delaying this case as a results of your actions.
