No Legal Representation at Legalwise, only 2 Departments, New Business & Cancelations

It's so sad how we Poor people are being treated, for instance, you take a legal cover because you can't afford a lawyer and end up being taken for a ride by those whom you entrusted your faith in them. I raised a consumer complaint more than 5 months ago against one supplier (Fastrak) regarding the quality of the supp**** goods, and Legalwise never attempted to address my matter despite the follow ups I made with them, the only request they could quickly respond to was when I mention cover cancellation. This is so unacceptable, I need my matter to be fairly addressed, as I've never done them any wrong by skipping a premium, not even once.
