No Legal Assistance when required

I have tried to use Legalwise for legal opinion only to find out Legalwise has lapsed my policy due to non pay according to them. I have sent proof of payment and my policy is still not activated. I need urgent assistance and cannot get it due to the incompetence of their financial staff. I should not be made to wait for their lack in financial management. I have also been over paying and was with a credit. If you they cant maintain their own finances how are they supposed to provide a professional service? This would be the second time with this issue.
