No legal advice from LegalWise, just raking premiums for doing nothing

Legalwise is either a **** or a rip-off. I joined it at a premium plan which is Platinum (R280-00 per month) and when I needed legal assistance I received zero. I raised a concern with my first issue when I expected legal advice and their counsel just acted as a conduit for communication instead of offering me legal advice. The Legalwise counsel just forwarded me emails as they are from attorneys. I wondered what I paid Legalwise for if their counsel simply asked me to respond to the emails so that she can forward my responses as they are to the attorneys against me. I filed a formal complaint about their counsel and I was asked to go and resolve my complaint with the same *********** counsel in Witbank. Time went by and my spouse for the second time lodged a matter to solicit her legal advice. The same counsel acted the same way by receiving emails from the other attorney and asking my spouse to respond without offering legal advice. It's either Legalwise is a **** or their counsel is ***********. I strongly feel joining LegalWise is useless. I am canceling this useless LegalWise contact.
